Cabbage Manchurian
Hello friends,
today we will be making this Veg Manchurian gravy You can make it with any ingredients available at home
▬▬▬ Ingredients ▬▬▬
Veg Manchurian
1 cabbage
1 finely cut carrot Spring onion whites Capsicum finely cut 8-10 beans
3 table spoon maida
3 table spoon corn flour
1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste Salt to taste Little black pepper powder
1-2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon red chilly sauce Oil for greasing/frying
2-3 green chillies Green onions greens
1 onion
1 capsicum
2-3 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 table spoon red chilly sauce
1 table spoon schejwan sauce
2-3 teaspoon soy sauce
1.5 tablespoon corn flour
Veg Fried Rice
2 cups basmati rice
1 table spoon ginger and garlic
8-10 beans Green onion whites
1 carrot
1/2 capsicum Salt to taste Black pepper powder
2 tea spoon soy sauce
1 tea spoon vinegar Green onion greens
Process :
We will take cabbage in a bowl You can grate it as well
Finely cut carrots Spring onion whites Finely cut capsicum 8-10
beans finely cut 3 table spoon
maida 3 table spoon
corn flour 1 tea spoon
ginger garlic paste Little salt Little black pepper powder
1-2 tea spoon soy sauce
1 tea spoon red chilly sauce Little water Mix them well
Bind them together You can sprinkle little more water if you find it dry Take oil in your hands Make roundels out of these I am making medium sized balls today Do these for all Heat oil in a wok for frying On medium high flame Do not put a lot for frying together Else they will stick together Oil should be on medium high temperature only It takes 3-4 mins
for frying Do not fry them on high flame I have fried them for 3 mins
They have turned golden brown as well Fry the remaining batch as well Remove it on kitchen tissue paper All dry manchurian balls are ready
Looks so good and perfect You can enjoy these like these as well as starter 2-3 table spoon oil in a pan Keep on high flame
1 table spoon garlic
1 table spoon ginger
2-3 green chillies Green onion greens Mix them well together Cook for 20-30 seconds
1 onion cut in cubes
1 capsicum cut in cubes Mix them well Toss it nicely
2-3 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon red chilly sauce
1-2 table spoon schejwan sauce
2-3 teaspoon soy sauce Mix them well Little salt as well
2-3 cups water Mix them well Let it come to a boil
1-1.5 table spoon corn flour
1/2 cup water Mix it well
So that there are no lumps in it Add remaining corn flour Mix it well Mix it slowly After 2 mins,
mixture has turned thick It has a nice shine as well
You can check the taste at this stage and adjust acccordingly It took 4-5 mins
I am adding slight salt This gravy is ready now Do not make it too thick At this stage add the manchurian balls Green onion greens Mix them well For 2 more mins
Cook for 2 more mins
Serve it hot Enjoy with noodles, rice ,aur like this as well Looks so perfect and tempting Garnish on top Enjoy with simple
Veg Fried Rice
I will show you a quick recipe 2 cups basmati rice Boil it with some salt Cooked it for 90%
2-3 table spoon oil in a pan
1 table spoon ginger
1 table spoon garlic Fry it for some time 8-10 beans Green onion whites
1 carrot finely cut
1/2 capsicum Little salt, black pepper powder
2 tea spoon soy sauce
1 tea spoon vinegar Mix them well Add boiled rice Green onion greens Mix it for 2-3 mins
Until they are coated well Restaurant style rice is ready Enjoy with the manchurian gravy Hope you liked the recipe today
