Ingredients:
- 8 oz vermicelli noodles
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined (or chicken or tofu)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt, to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Cook the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
